Return or Exchange Policy
All of your purchases in www.printo.bh are returnable / replaceable within 7 days from the date of delivery to you. This also applies to damaged, defective or wrong items received. In case you intend to return/replace the order, the following instructions are listed below.

- To be eligible for a refund and exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. The items must be in the original packaging.
- Our courier will collect the items from your address. To complete your refund/replace; we require a proof of purchase.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the items. We will inform you as well if your request refund or exchange is approved or rejected.
- If the refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment within 7-14 working days.
- If the exchange request has been approved, we will ship you the items requested. All exchange operations will depend on the availability of the requested items.
- If you have selected the Cash on Delivery (COD) service, we will issue you a coupon which is redeemable on our website for the price of the item(s) you returned. This means that if you place an order and are not satisfied by the product received, we give you the possibility to return it for free – we would pay the return shipping fees and would issue you a refund coupon for the value of the item that you are returning. This will not include shipping and COD fee.
